Watch out for 2nd Chance Emails

Seems like this trick has been around for some time. I know this has been tried before. eBay should add the capability for a seller to flag the winner of an auction as NOT being the winner for whatever reason and then officially tagging the next highest bidder as the winner. After doing some more searching I found some more places to find items to sell on eBay. I should have know that government auctions had hit the internet :)
Click here and go to the bottom of the page. There are several companies that handle auctions on behalf of the government. I did some looking last night. Not sure about some of the prices, but it was interesting to 'look around'.
